Same Day Studios is a sole trader digital agency operated by Stephen Green, based at 4 Bringer Drive, Mickleham VIC 3064. We build websites, AI chatbots, and business applications for small Australian businesses.

We collect your information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and provide the services you've asked about. Specifically:

We only share your information with the service providers we rely on to operate our business. These are:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not share your information with overseas recipients beyond the service providers listed above.

6. How we store and protect your information

Contact form submissions are stored by Formspree and forwarded to us via email. We retain email correspondence for as long as necessary to provide our services and maintain business records, in accordance with Australian tax and record-keeping requirements.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. These include:

• HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted through our website
• Secure, password-protected email accounts
• Reputable hosting providers with industry-standard security practices

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we do our best, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

As of the effective date of this policy, our website does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking or analytics services.
